Twelve slowly flashing eight-foot florescent lights fifty feet apart in a Pennsylvania meadow,
powered by my car idling on a dirt road.
The installation was cut short due to an approaching electrical storm and the
realization that
my lamps and I were the tallest objects in sight for miles. |
Hurriedly gathering fifteen hundred feet of
12 gauge insulated house wire in
the
cold rain was not of my better life choices.
|
I did find time to think a lot about basic physics Ben Franklin and Georg Wilhelm Richmann though.

Special thanks to Jarrett DeMartino who as an undergrad at NYC's School of Visual Arts
helped this teacher with his first animation.
