Twelve slowly flashing eight-foot florescent lights fifty feet apart in a Pennsylvania meadow,
powered by my car idling on a dirt road.
The installation was cut short due to an approaching electrical storm and the
realization that
my lamps and I were the tallest objects in sight for miles. |
Putting myself in the position to hurriedly gather fifteen hundred feet of
12 gauge insulated house wire in pelting
rain was not of my better life choices.

I did find time to think a lot about basic physics, Ben Franklin,
and Georg Wilhelm Richmann.
