Kaicho T. Nakamura was my Karate master from 1977 until 2001.

The training of body, mind, and spirit, through the discipline of karate has had a profound effect on my life as well as thousands of others.

It was my honor and privilege to be an instructor at the World Seido Karate Headquarters (Honbu) in NYC from 1995 until I left Manhattan in 2000. 

I shot, edited, and produced, fourteen Seido Karate video instructionals and documentaries from 1988 - 2000. 

I also started a Seido Karate club at New York's  Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in order that the organization could hold its annual tournaments. 

Best of all was the instruction from top martial artists who visited the Dojo from all over the world.  By far the best instruction came from the dedicated instructors who made their home in New York City and vicinity.    Osu!
