Jarrett was one of my best students at SVA. An incredibly skilled artist, he drew a very "Dr. Strange" flame-like design in ink, under my direction. I made some adjustments in AutoCAD and had a steel company burn two eight foot objects which fit - one into the other- and created the free-standing base for the speaking flame of the ALLTHENAMESOFGOD sculpture. Robbie helped me transport the steel from the fabricator in Pennsylvania, and Alex came by to celebrate with us.
